1 m² Molecular Distillation Device

    This precision separation instrument is designed for laboratory and small-scale production. Utilizing the principle of molecular mean free path differences, it achieves efficient liquid-liquid separation in a high-vacuum environment, particularly suited for purifying high-boiling-point, heat-sensitive, and easily oxidized substances. Featuring a compact design and intelligent controls, this equipment delivers exceptional separation efficiency in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

 

Structure

    1 m2 molecular distillation device has one stage of wipe film evaporator, at least one stage of short path distillation(SPD). The more stages, the more thorough the separation and the higher the purity of the final product.Feeding unit, vacuum unit, cooling unit, heating unit, and electric control unit are also in the system.

 

Working Principle


    Under high vacuum, materials flow along the heated plate. Light molecules condense on the cooling surface due to their longer mean free path, while heavy molecules return along the heating surface. Multi-stage separation and parameter adjustments (temperature, vacuum) enable efficient purification of target components.
