Our innovative method utilizes esterification, molecular distillation, metal complexation, and other treatment techniques to produce high-quality fish oil products. The entire process is mature, reliable, and cost-effective. Most importantly, it results in fish oil with a very high concentration of EPA and DHA, which guarantees an excellent economic return.

Process Characteristics

About 65% Comprehensive Concentration Fish Oil Product

1)This concentration can be achieved using only multistage wiped-film molecular stills; the urea inclusion process is not required.
2)The EPA content can exceed 46%, or the DHA content can exceed 50%.
3) The yield is over 80%.
4) No intermediate by-products are generated.

Above 90% Fish Oil Products

1) This process combines metal complexation with multistage wiped-film molecular distillation.
2) It can produce fish oil products with a combined EPA and DHA content exceeding 90%.
3) Products with over 90% EPA or over 90% DHA can be obtained through multistage molecular distillation.
4) The discharged fish oil waste contains less than 0.6% DHA and less than 4% EPA. Medium-content fish oil can be reused.
5) The complexing agent from the complexation process can be recycled. Inorganic wastewater from the process can be neutralized with acid and alkali, preventing environmental pollution.

Esterification Process Characteristics

 

 

We use continuous reaction esterification technology. This not only allows for a continuous process but also achieves a primary esterification rate of up to 94% for raw materials with a high acid value. The post-esterification product has a better color, contains few impurities, and avoids issues such as emulsification. This facilitates subsequent processing steps.
