Core Process

1.Alkalization Treatment

Pre-treated tobacco raw materials undergo alkalization (pH ≥ 10) to convert nicotine from its salt state to a free state, facilitating subsequent extraction.

2.Ethanol Solvent Extraction

Food-grade ethanol is used as the extraction solvent, efficiently dissolving nicotine at low temperatures (custom refrigeration systems available) while minimizing impurity mixing.
Optional continuous centrifugal extraction technology (200–400 rpm) eliminates emulsification issues caused by traditional stirring methods, enhancing separation efficiency.

Distillation and Concentration

The ethanol-nicotine mixture undergoes low-temperature vacuum distillation in a membrane evaporator, recovering ethanol (reusable) and concentrating the nicotine solution.

Distillation and Purification (99.9% High-Purity Nicotine)

Crude nicotine is further refined in a continuous distillation tower, where precise temperature control removes impurities, yielding 99.9% ultra-high-purity nicotine.
