2.Supercritical Extraction:
Utilizes supercritical CO₂ under regulated pressure and temperature to enhance solubility, enabling selective extraction of capsaicin and paprika red pigment.

3.Separation and Purification:
Gradient decompression → Crystallization → HPLC analysis (purity ≥99%).

4.Finished Product Packaging:
Packaged in aluminum foil vacuum bags or sealed drums; stored away from light (shelf life: 2 years).
