Producing high-quality omega-3 involves two main stages.

1) First Stage

We start with a conventional method: esterification followed by molecular distillation. The molecular distillation system can include multiple stages based on your production objectives. This step yields a mixture containing approximately 65% omega-3, meaning the combined EPA and DHA content reaches around 65%.

2) Second Stage

We employ advanced chromatography technology known as SF-SMB (supercritical fluid-simulated moving bed). This system uses CO₂ and minimal organic solvent as the mobile phase. It operates continuously, ensuring high efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

We use export-standard packaging. Equipment is secured in steel frames or plywood cases based on weight and dimensions. Each unit undergoes assembly and testing before shipment.
