Introduction
This is a whole production line of solvent extraction, concentration and purification. It is composed with extraction unit, concentration unit, purification unit, solvent recovery unit, pipes system, electric control system, etc.
The system can be automatic operation, or semi-automatization operation way; the main processes are as following:
1) Extraction unit: extractors, condenser, cooler, accessories, etc;
2) Concentration unit: single effective evaporator, falling film evaporator, spherical evaporator;
3) Purification unit: chromatography column;
4) Solvent recovery tower: solvent recovery tower, Hi-gee Rotating Zigzag Bed system;
5) Pipes system: with SS304 pipes line, valves, pump, etc;
6) Electricity control system: strong current and weak current control cabinet, anti-explosion type.
