Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Process for Linseed

1. Raw Material Preparation

Linseed cleaning and screening.

 

Crushing to 40-80 mesh fineness.

2. Supercritical Extraction

CO₂ becomes a supercritical fluid at 35-45°C, 30MPa.

 

The fluid penetrates the raw material, dissolving the oil (1.5-2.5 hours).

3. Separation & Recovery

Pressure reduction causes oil precipitation.

 

CO₂ is liquefied and recycled.

4. Finished Product

Directly obtain high-purity linseed oil (α-linolenic acid ≥ 53%).

Defatted meal can be further processed.
