Introduction
Ethanol is the most commonly used organic solvent in the natural plant extraction because of its excellent solubility. However, to get an actual effective product, users need to remove ethanol from the crude product after extraction. Falling film evaporator is one of the most effective device.
Its main structure is as following:
It is composed with evaporator, evaporation chamber, separator, condenser, liquid receiver, pump units, water ring vacuum system, anti-explosion type electrical control system, etc.
The equipment is continuously operated under vacuum and low temperature conditions. It has advantages like high evaporation capacity, energy saving and low consumption, low operating cost, and is able to ensure the invariance of materials during the evaporation process.
