The key components of our system are two extractors and three separators. The parameters governing extraction and separation-including pressure, temperature, and the CO₂ flow rate through the system-require careful adjustment. All parameters are controlled with high precision via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system or automated remote computer control.

Outstanding Design
The extraction process begins with a pump transferring CO₂ into the extractor. Inside the extractor, temperature and pressure are adjusted to ensure CO₂ reaches its supercritical state. The process then proceeds to the separator, where parameters are adjusted again to revert CO₂ to its gaseous form-this reversion allows CO₂ to be easily recycled and reused within the system. Every step of this process is fully automated, ensuring high precision throughout.
The extractors are equipped with a special quick-opening mechanism that uses a pneumatic cylinder; this mechanism simplifies the control of the extractor's fixture. Additionally, the extractors incorporate a worm gear system that enables smooth lifting and lowering of the extractor cover. Both features enhance the equipment's user-friendliness.


High-Quality Materials and Manufacturing
The molds and covers of the extractors are forged from SS304 stainless steel. This material offers two key advantages: it ensures durability in acidic or alkaline environments and meets the stringent hygiene standards required for CBD extraction.

Clients new to supercritical fluid extraction often face challenges-especially in optimizing the extraction process for their specific substrate. To support these clients, we provide comprehensive assistance, including substrate testing (to understand its properties), extracted product analysis (to verify its quality), and guidance on key process aspects. This guidance covers substrate preparation (including recommendations on optimal humidity levels, particle size, and necessary pretreatment steps) and process conditions (such as setting the correct pressure, temperature, residence time, and CO₂ flow rates).
