Introduction
Steam distillation equipment is specifically designed for extracting natural plant essential oils and active ingredients. It is constructed from food-grade stainless steel (SS304/SS316) and employs steam heating combined with vacuum extraction technology to efficiently extract essential oils, hydrosols, and volatile components from plants such as rose, lavender, and mint. It is suitable for the cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
This steam extraction unit consists of an extractor, condenser, cooler, separator, product tank, filter, piping system, steam boiler, and vacuum system. All parts in contact with the material are made of food-grade SS304/SS316.
