Molecular distillation is an advanced liquid-liquid separation technology that operates under vacuum, allowing separation at temperatures significantly lower than the liquid's normal boiling point.

 

This technology utilizes the principle of differing mean free paths of molecular motion. The liquid mixture is heated on the heating surface, causing only the lighter components to evaporate as molecules and condense on the cooling surface, thereby achieving separation.

 

After the material enters the evaporator, it is quickly formed into a thin film by the scraping blades. Heat from the heat source is transferred through the cylinder wall to the liquid.
The liquid film boils and evaporates, then enters the condenser, where it condenses back into a liquid and is discharged. The concentrated liquid is collected from the bottom outlet.
