Introduction
Our stainless steel storage tank is a fully enclosed structure, available in either vertical or horizontal configurations and featuring a single-layer design. Additional components can be incorporated based on process requirements, such as agitators, insulation layers, or internal coils. This tank offers two key advantages: it maintains the hygiene of stored materials and is easy to clean.
Features
1) Surface treatment: The inner surface of the tank is polished to a mirror finish, with a smoothness meeting the standard of Ra ≤ 0.45 µm. For the exterior surface, we provide three options: mechanical polishing, pickling, or passivation, depending on your needs.
2) Mounting Style: The tank is fixed in place using horizontal supports. These are available in two types: adjustable and non-adjustable. You may select the type that best suits your application.
3) Configuration: The tank is equipped with multiple functional components, including a manhole, a breather port, a CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) port, a sight glass, a thermometer, a level gauge, an explosion-proof lamp, and liquid inlet and outlet ports.
4) Material: The tank is constructed from commonly used stainless steel materials, either SS304 or SS316. Both materials are durable and suitable for various storage requirements.
5) Connection Type: The tank uses two types of standardized connections: a quick-release clamp or a flange. Both are designed for easy connection and disconnection.
