Brief introduction
Molecular distillation is a high-vacuum precision separation technology that efficiently purifies high-boiling-point and heat-sensitive substances by controlling the mean free path of vapor molecules. The device features a multi-stage distillation design (two-stage or three-stage), with core components including a wiped-film evaporator and a short-path distillation system, ensuring high separation efficiency and product purity. It is ideal for high-end purification applications in industries such as food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Workflow

Raw materials are delivered via a feed pump. High-viscosity materials undergo preheating to reduce viscosity and enhance flowability.

A rotating wiper evenly spreads the material into a micron-thin film, while the heating system rapidly vaporizes target components.

Under a high vacuum (<5 Pa), vaporized molecules directly condense on the condenser. Light components are collected, while heavy components flow to the bottom.

Secondary or tertiary distillation stages can be added as needed to further improve product purity.

Each fraction is automatically separated and collected, enabling continuous production.
