    Molecular distillation is an advanced liquid-liquid separation technology that operates under vacuum conditions, enabling separation at temperatures far below the atmospheric boiling point of the liquid.

    In this process, the liquid mixture is gently heated under vacuum. Separation occurs due to differences in the free path of molecular motion: lighter molecules escape the liquid, condense on a cooling surface, and are collected, while heavier molecules return to the original mixture. By repeating this process and adjusting parameters such as temperature and vacuum levels, different components can be effectively separated.

    Our systems offer capacities ranging from 2 to 4 square meters, with configurations of 3–4 stages or up to 12 stages. Increasing the number of stages improves separation efficiency and final product purity. 

    All systems feature:

1.Independent thermal oil heating units.

2.Dedicated vacuum systems.

3.Control cabinets constructed from SS304 stainless steel (explosion-proof design available).

1) Different materials will make difference in processing capacity, e.g. capacity of CBD will be much lower than other materials;

2) The material is optional. Standard material is stainless steel, but we can also provide SPD with glass material.
