Our stainless steel storage tanks are suitable for material storage in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, brewing, and catering industries. Constructed from thickened 304 stainless steel, these tanks exhibit stable metal element properties, contain no harmful substances such as lead or mercury, and offer excellent corrosion and rust resistance. For enhanced corrosion resistance, 316L stainless steel is also available, making it ideal for sterile storage applications in the pharmaceutical industry.

These tanks comply with national safety standards for food-contact metal materials. Both the interior and exterior surfaces undergo mirror polishing to ensure seamless hygiene and meet GMP cleanliness standards. They boast corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, effective sealing, and stable performance. Suitable for storing juices, dairy products, sauces, drinking water, alcohol, pharmaceutical solutions, and purified water, these tanks provide a safe and reliable storage solution for production processes.

 

1) Crafted from 304 stainless steel (with 316L as an optional material), these tanks are safe, free from harmful substances, prevent material contamination, and allow for easy cleaning. Meticulous processing ensures a clean storage environment.

2) The fully welded construction is equipped with a well-designed sealing system, delivering high overall strength and zero leakage risk. Fully automatic argon arc welding creates smooth, burr-free welds, and penetrant testing is conducted to verify weld quality.

3)Resistant to corrosion from organic acids, alcohol, and other food-related materials, the tanks operate within a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, enabling adaptation to various environments. The scientifically designed internal support structure and high-strength materials ensure stable operation and resistance to deformation.

4) Capacities range from 50 liters to 30,000 liters, with custom sizes available upon request. The large-capacity design enhances storage efficiency. Optional accessories include agitators (paddle or anchor type), CIP cleaning systems, and heating or cooling jackets. Additional fittings consist of safety valves, pressure gauges, sampling valves, and vortex breakers. Mobile designs with brake wheels adapt to various on-site requirements, enabling easy installation and maintenance.
