Introduction

Crystal Reactor is a fully enclosed, vertical, three-layer, multi-functional reaction vessel designed for crystallization, mixing, extraction, chromatography elution, and other processes. With high-precision temperature control and sanitary-grade materials, the Crystal Reactor is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries to meet stringent process requirements.

Structure

Ⅰ.Three-layer design

1.Inner layer: Direct contact with materials, mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.45 µm) for anti-adhesion and easy cleaning.

2.Jacket layer: Heating/cooling medium circulation (steam or thermal oil) for precise temperature control.

3.Insulation layer: Reduces heat loss and maintains stability at extreme temperatures (from -100°C to high temperatures).

Ⅱ .Top drive system

Equipped with a motor and stirrer to optimize fluid dynamics, prevent crystal deposition, and improve mass transfer efficiency.
