Introduction

The PJB Centrifugal Filter is a high-efficiency device that combines extraction and centrifugal separation functions, designed for CBD extraction and other solvent-based extraction processes of natural plant active ingredients. It integrates soaking extraction, solid-liquid separation, and solvent recovery into a single system, improving productivity and product purity while reducing energy consumption and space requirements.

Working Principle

1.Soak Extraction

Pretreated raw materials are loaded into the filter basket inside the drum, and solvents (e.g., ultra-low-temperature ethanol) are injected to fully dissolve target components like CBD.

2.Centrifugal Separation

The centrifugal function is activated, separating solids and liquids via high-speed rotation. The CBD-rich filtrate passes through the precision screen, while residues remain in the basket.

3.Subsequent Treatment

The filtrate can proceed directly to evaporation and concentration, while the residue may undergo secondary extraction or disposal.
