A brief introduction to ultra-low temperature extraction

This unit uses a special centrifugal filter to extract. It does not need a extraction machine, which greatly saves working space.

After soaking the raw material with solvent, the centrifugal filter will complete the solid-liquid separation and extraction for preliminary extraction; then use an evaporator to get a concentrated CBD product.

In the experimental flowchart above, there is only one spherical concentrator for evaporation. However, in actual production, we can add falling-film evaporators to improve concentration efficiency, molecular distillation device to improve CBD purity, or chromatography column to remove THC to the system according to the production capacity and other demands of users.
