Introduction
SF-SMB stands for supercritical simulated moving bed chromatography, which is a high-efficiency green chromatography equipment. It uses supercritical CO2 as the mobile phase. The low-cost and clean and sustainable method is especially suitable for the separation of various lipophilic small molecules. It can be used in the fields of biomedicine, natural raw materials, and fine chemicals.

It is a chromatographic separation and purification equipment that combines high efficiency, low energy consumption, as well as safety, environmental protection and other advantages.
Structure
It is composed with supercritical CO2 extraction device and simulated moving bed chromatography.

Model
1. Lab size SF-SMB
1) P-SFSMBC-PX
This model is a preparative-grade supercritical fluid simulation moving bed. It can be equipped with 6 to 12 separation columns with diameters ranging from 30 mm to 50 mm. User can choose standard stainless steel packed columns or upgrade to SAC columns; you can also choose to use organic liquid or supercritical CO2 as the running solvent. When CO2 is used, it can be completely recycled and used.
2) P-SFSMBC/E-PX
This model is specially designed for SF-SMB equipment that requires supercritical fluid extraction, mainly adding supercritical fluid extraction function on the P-SFSMBC-PX device. You can use 5L supercritical CO2 extraction device to extract product at first, then with P-SFSMBC-PX to do purification process.
3) KG-SFSMBC-DX
This is a more capable SMB. It uses 6 to 12 columns DAC, with size ranging from 80mm to 120mm. You can also use SAC as chromatography column. Mobile phase is also flexible, you can choose between organic liquid or supercritical CO2.
4) KG-SFSMBC/E-DX
We assemble 5L supercritical CO2 extraction device and KG-SFSMBC-DX together. You can use 5L supercritical CO2 extraction device to extract product at first, then with KG-SFSMBC-DX to do purification process.
